Description

Pre-mRNA-splicing factor 38A (PR38A) is involved in pre-mRNA splicing as a component of the spliceosome.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the PRPF38A antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 283-312 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the PRPF38A antibody .
