Description

PGLS belongs to the glucosamine/galactosamine-6-phosphate isomerase family, 6-phosphogluconolactonase subfamily. It is implicated in the hydrolysis of 6-phosphogluconolactone to 6-phosphogluconate.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the PGLS antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (amino acids Q16-L258) was used as the immunogen for the PGLS antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the PGLS Antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
