Myosin IG, also known as myosin 1G and MYO1G, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MYO1G gene. MYO1G is a plasma membrane-associated class I myosin (see MIM 601478) that is abundant in T and B lymphocytes and mast cells.
Optimal dilution of the MYO1G antibody should be determined by the researcher.
An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (amino acids H252-Q966) was used as the immunogen for the MYO1G antibody.
After reconstitution, the MYO1G Antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
