Description

Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase MINDY-3, also called Dermal papilla-derived protein 5 (DERP5), MSTP126 and Protein CARP, contains a caspase-associated recruitment domain and may function in apoptosis. It has been identified as a tumor suppressor in lung and gastric cancers, and a polymorphism in the gene may be associated with gastric cancer risk. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the MINDY3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (A52-K396) was used as the immunogen for the MINDY3 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the MINDY3 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
