Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 29 (Med29) is a transcription suppressor that in humans is encoded by the MED29 gene. MED29 is a subunit of the Mediator complex, a multiprotein coactivator of RNA transcription that interacts with DNA-bound transcriptional activators, RNA polymerase II and general initiation factors.
Optimal dilution of the MED29 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (Q29-K184) was used as the immunogen for the MED29 antibody.
After reconstitution, the MED29 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
