HELZ, also called Probable helicase with zinc finger domain and Helicase with zinc finger, is a member of the superfamily I class of RNA helicases. RNA helicases alter the conformation of RNA by unwinding double-stranded regions, thereby altering the biologic activity of the RNA molecule and regulating access to other proteins.
Optimal dilution of the HELZ antibody should be determined by the researcher.
An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (amino acids R81-Q743) was used as the immunogen for the HELZ antibody.
After reconstitution, the HELZ Antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
