Description

HAUS augmin-like complex subunit 3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HAUS3 gene This gene encodes a component of the HAUS augmin-like protein complex, which plays a key role in cytokinesis and mitosis. Disruption of the encoded protein causes mitotic defects resulting from fragmentation of centrosomes and microtubule destabilization.

Optimal dilution of the HAUS3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (amino acids E6-D579) was used as the immunogen for the HAUS3 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the HAUS3 Antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
